Safety always comes 1st!!!

Today we were learning about safety. So we had to create a DLO about three Safety tips.
So I decided to create a poster. At first I was going to make a rap but I thought It will just spend heaps of time on trying to find the music so I did a poster instead.

What was easy was making my poster look pretty.
What was hard was trying to spell put your seat belt on in Maori.

Next time I think I should think of more safety tips.

Here is my work. I hope you enjoy.

  3. Kia ora Kohl-lee,
Thanks for sharing the poster that you created. Great safety tips for flying. Like you said in your reflection, I think you could have added more safety tips. Which Air NZ safety video did you like best?

  4. Hi Kohl-lee, I really like your poster! I think the most important tip you've listed is to wear your seatbelt. This is especially important for unexpected turbulence. I would love to see you create a rap for one of the Summer Learning Journey activities! Have you created a rap before? Also can you tell me what does whakamau to whitiki mean? Great work with your poster, I can't wait to see more of your creativity this year with the SLJ programme. Cheers,
    Georgia
