The Black-fronted Tern Bird

Week 3 activity 7:I have to write a short description of my bird. Where does my bird normally live? What does my bird normally eat? I have to post a picture of the bird underneath my description.

What was easy was finding facts about the bird.
What was hard was trying not to cry when I heard the are endangered.

Here is my picture I hope you enjoy.

  1. Kia Ora Kohl-lee,

I hope that you have been having a lovely holiday over the past few weeks. Have you been commenting on other student’s blogs? Before reading about the Black-fronted Tern on your post, I had no idea that it even existed. Why did you choose the Black-fronted Tern to profile? I am surprised to hear that hedgehogs are one of their predators, but I keep forgetting that hedgehogs are considered pests. Do you think of hedgehogs as a pest?

Remember for every quality comment that you post on the another SLJ participant's blog you can earn two extra points! Here is the Twitter Feed link, it shows all of the latest posts that students have put on their blog all over the country!

If you wanted to know more about commenting on other student’s blogs you can ask Zephaniah, he has been very busy commenting up a storm on blogs all over the country!

    Blog ya later,

    Dani
